I created Venue Retreat because I am inspired by people, creativity and travel.

Venue Retreat is designed to be a connection of people, places, ideas and community. Our goal is to help our venue partners and clients host interesting groups which brings them joy and success finding the perfect magical venue which surpasses the clients expectations in every way.

Many times this leads to long term partnerships and collaboration between the retreat leaders and venues which we are so very proud to be a part of.

What makes me and my team different is that we actually have a close connection with our clients and venue partners. Whether you are a retreat leader just getting started, a seasoned veteran in the retreat industry or a large company hosting offsites around the globe.

We have already done it and we can help you with yours!

My approach has always been transparent and personal. You can be involved in all the communication with potential venues and the proposals or choose to be left out until we have everything ready depending on your needs. Allowing you to focus on other aspects of your retreat or choose to be involved every step of the way.

We are not a booking platform so you book directly with the venue!

As I mentioned, we are much more transparent and we connect you directly with our venue partners so you can also ask questions, have video calls, schedule a visit and book and pay them directly with their cancelation policies. This will all be given to you prior to booking so you understand the cancelation and deposit payment.

We offer you different options and proposals and we can negotiate for you and as we have very good relationships with our venue partners they often offer our clients discounts, add ons, special requests and block dates to give you time to book as we have long term partnerships and buying power.

Most of our clients are either companies, startups and remote teams looking to host an offsite in the corporate and remote work area of our business. 

The other side focuses more on wellness retreats or retreat leaders in yoga, fitness, meditation, music, art or other creative groups.

We have helped with weddings, coliving groups and other events.

Any clients with a group of people who need a special location to host something fun, interesting or offering escape, we are here to help.

Depending on the type of retreat and group we can offer basic services connecting you to venues with no booking fees for you. We offer more services for clients who need more time and help with their retreats if needed.

We will save you over 60 plus hours in time, money and logistics by sending you proposals and connecting you directly with our venue partners. Our venue partners offer packages so if you need accomodation, full board, meals, meeting rooms, yoga spaces, airport transfers, excursion, activities it can all be part of the package depending on the location you choose.

Direct Venue Connections: We leverage our extensive network of venue partners across the world to provide you with direct proposals, ensuring you get the best options suited to your retreat's theme and requirements.

Proposal Collection and Review: We aim to gather 5 to 10 comprehensive proposals from various venues, presenting you with a diverse range of choices.

Communication and Negotiation Assistance: Our team will assist you in communicating with the venues, providing expert advice and negotiating on your behalf to ensure favourable terms.

Streamlined Booking Process:

While you will book directly with the venue, we will be there every step of the way to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Because we have a great relationship with our venue partners and we have buying power it means they normally try to go above and beyond to host our clients and often they will offer discounts, adds ons, block your dates to give you more time to book and be flexible with payment deposits and cancelation policies.

Our business model is very transparent and for most of our clients we help them for FREE, charging no fees for our time or expertise. We work on a commission basis with our venue partners in most situations.

What other areas do you help with?

We can work directly for you or alongside your team in helping and consulting with planning your retreat, venue sourcing and negotiation and also onsite planning if needed. This would be discused on a case by case basis with a service fee agreed depending on the size of the retreat.
